Resolution of Coming EGM Cum AGM

根据东方日报的报导：

<<馬華親翁派人士指出，許多人忽略了特大第一項提案（馬華中央大代表對現任總會長拿督斯里翁詩傑的領導投不信任票）通過後，是直指「翁詩傑的領導」，當中就包括中委會與會長理事會。

換言之，消息指出，提案並不只是針對翁詩傑個人，而是連同其領導的中委會與會長理事會，而通過的第一項提案內容是不信任「翁詩傑的領導」：並非不信任翁詩傑。

這名要求匿名的消息指出，翁詩傑若要下臺，也必須是與一同作出集體決定（開除和凍結被否決的署理總會長拿督斯里蔡細歷）的中委會和會長理事會一同負起責任。「第一提案中所提到的是，對總會長的領導投不信任票，那理所當然總會長的領導班底也包括中委會和會長理事會。既然是集體決定，那麼也必須是集體負責。」

因此，消息說，當翁詩傑號召另一場特大來表決重選中委會時，被指稱「綁架」中委會而至玉石俱焚，根本是說不過去。>>

SUPERMAN of MCA is going to call an EGM, Part2, based on the following reason:

Whereas the outcome of the EGM held on 10 Oct 2009 had in effect overturned the collective decision and responsibility of the Presidential Council and the Central Committee in respect of the disciplinary action taken against Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek; Whereas the said decision of the EGM had created an ambiguity and confusion affecting the cohesiveness of the Party leadership and in view of the public calls by leaders and the sentiments on the ground demanding by members for a fresh party election to resolve the impasse, i hereby exercise my Superman Power under Article 30.1 instructing an EGM to be convened to resolve the following issues:

Superman of MCA want to resolve the following matter on the coming EGM cum AGM:

a) to resolve the elected Party Officials/Central Committee and to call for a fresh election of Party Officials/Central Committee within 45 days from the date of the passing of this resolution, or

b)to affirm the president leadership of the Party Officials and Central Committee under the leadership of Superman, President of MCA.
